If we had to describe Disney’s Frozen in one word: addicting. Absolutely addicting. And we know we’re not the only ones who are still listening to the soundtrack on repeat after the movie took the world by storm – or should we say blizzard?
There is so much to love about the story – the friendship between sisters Anna and Elsa, the unconventional love between Anna and Kristoff, the crazy and wonderful personality of Olaf the snowman – we couldn’t help but do our best at putting together a fun and elegant Frozen themed party.
As always, we want to thank Sarah Thurman Photography for capturing photos for us.
We think the details of a party are extremely important and decorating our mini chocolate bars and candy kisses are one of the way we bring those details into our parties. Our tip to you is to look in the bulk section of your grocery store in order to find the exact colors you want for your party.
Jewells and fairy wands add a more whimsical touch to everything!
We like to tie tulle around our water bottle wrappers and other party decorations for a extra krafty flare! You can find this at your local craft supplier.
For our centerpieces we filled our glass vases with purple crinkle paper that we found at the dollar store. Although this party includes a lot of the expected shimmer and ice-blue, the touch of purple adds a lot more dynamic.
We filled our centerpieces with snow (cotton balls) proving once again that ordinary items around the house can contribute to the magic of the party!
For our favor bags we included a snowman building kit for every child. After all, we definitely want to build a snowman after watching Frozen!
